Fast Delivery Across Switzerland

At SwissRoots.ch, we understand that you would like to receive your mushroom tinctures promptly. That is why we dispatch all orders the same day via Swiss Post Express, provided they are placed before 14:00. This means you will usually receive your order within one to two working days – often as early as the next day.

Delivery Area

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not ship to addresses outside Switzerland. This allows us to guarantee short delivery routes and ship our products under optimal conditions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are CHF 4.95 per order, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Order Processing and Dispatch Times

As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately. Orders placed before 14:00 on working days are packed and dispatched on the same day via Swiss Post Express. Orders received after 14:00 or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

Our Average Delivery Times:

Orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes one to two working days after dispatch. Express delivery often means your order arrives the next working day.

Please note that these times are indicative. Actual delivery may vary slightly depending on your location and Swiss Post’s capacity.

Delivery Address and Receipt

Delivery is made exclusively to the address you provide during the ordering process. Please ensure that all address details are complete and correct, including the recipient’s full name, street and house number, postcode and town. For business addresses, please include the company name and, if applicable, the department. For multi-occupancy buildings, add the floor number or any relevant notes.

Swiss Post usually delivers your parcel directly to your door. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a collection notice in your letterbox. You can then collect your parcel from your nearest post office or arrange a redelivery online.

What If You Are Not at Home?

If you know you will not be at home during the usual delivery time, you have several options.

You can have your parcel delivered directly to a post office of your choice. Simply provide the address of the preferred branch as the delivery address. Swiss Post also offers parcel lockers at many locations, where you can collect your order 24/7. You can also nominate a neighbour or another person to receive the parcel on your behalf.

Transfer of Risk

Responsibility for loss or damage passes to you as soon as we hand over the parcel to Swiss Post. This is in line with standard mail-order terms and conditions.

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately at hi@swissroots.ch. Take photos of any damaged packaging or items. We work closely with Swiss Post and will find a quick solution. In most cases, we can send you a replacement right away in case of transport damage or loss.

Not at Home During Delivery

If you are not present during delivery and the parcel cannot be handed to a neighbour, it will be held at your nearest post office. You will receive a collection notice with all the necessary details.

Important: Uncollected parcels are returned to us after the collection period set by Swiss Post. If you were unable to collect your parcel in time, please let us know. We will be happy to resend your order. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Delivery to Post Offices and Parcel Lockers

Would you prefer to collect your parcel from a post office or parcel locker? No problem! Simply provide the address of your preferred collection point as the delivery address. Make sure your name is correctly stated so that the parcel can be assigned to you.
